We left on a cruise and they stored our bags while we went out in the morning and explored Yokohama. Great facilities, centrally located to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend, especially before or after a cruise leaving Yokohama. "

They gave us the breakfast, but it should have been a seamless process booking with them and getting the breakfast "

"This is a beautiful resort and the onsens were amazing, quiet, relaxing, rooms were lovely. The kasieki meal was superb, breakfast had 100 choices. Only complaint os coffee at night had coffee grounds in it. i recommend a two night stay so you may visit both baths. The pajama wear and takata wear were so awesome to wear all over the resort and to dinner! What fun. No racial prejudice felt at this resort. Also a great location to catch the cable car to the ropeway which is a must do! Take the romance car back to tokyo very easy! Try to see Mt Fuji at the lake ferry just breath taking!,"
