"Our experience at the hotel was wonderful. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Staff provided excellent customer service and did everything they could to make our stay amazing. Check in and out was breeze. They also helped to send our luggage to the airport. Our room was very clean and came with great toiletries that we used. The view of the city at the river front was spectacular. Every morning we enjoyed the Japanese/american breakfast. The staff always provided superb service. I always got the egg omelette and the chef was so nice. We also got to meet beautiful people from different regions of the world while enjoying our meal. Loved the tub/shower feature in our room. I was able to take a relaxing bath every night after a day of adventure. The train station was just a 5 minute walk. One of the best hotels we stayed at in Japan. "

"It is a very satisfying hotel.Above all, the location couldn't be better. All transportation is convenient and airport limousines are available right in front of the hotel. The hotel is old but very clean. The bathroom amenities are of excellent quality and water pressure is very strong. It's a shame that the hotel will close next year. It's a place I want to come again."

"Hilton is at an excellent location. Right across the main station. It is also 200 m from the airport limousine bus stop so very easy to navigate. They have 4 to 5 in house restaurant and bars. "

"My favorite hotel in Osaka, I stay here every time now. There is a Fantastic food court in Osaka station that’s only a five minute walk. The hotel is New York style, elegant 1930s. So many transportation, opportunities, quiet area. But connected to everything."
