"Wonderful hotel. My husband and I really enjoyed the naturalistic atmosphere of the hotel. No televisions was great. Patio was wonderful with tub, hammock and a swivel chair. Mosquitoes are relentless bring your repellent or you’ll get eaten alive. Great experience, staff was super helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend and would definitely return with my arsenal of mosquitoe repellent of course."

"My stay at Tiki Tiki Tulum Hotel was nothing short of amazing! The property is absolutely stunning — every detail feels intentional and inviting, from the beautiful design to the serene surroundings. My room was spotless, spacious, and so comfortable, with everything I could possibly need. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Julie, Naomi, and Rosa were all so warm, welcoming, and attentive — they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. Additionally, Juan Pablo, Maria (Divine Mother), and the entire Tierra team were incredible. You can truly feel how much everyone cares about their guests. I have no complaints whatsoever and would stay here again and again without hesitation. Tiki Tiki captures everything that makes Tulum special — relaxing, stylish, and full of heart. I’m so grateful for every connection made during this trip and already looking forward to future stays!"
