"Horrible communication. Had no sheet or blanket the first night. No wifi. Had to clean bathroom. Pool was dirty and had no strainer to clean. Couldn’t access gym. Taxi charged twice as much to drop off on unpaved roads. "

Construction is being done all around the area for new developments and the roads are extremely bumpy. People get around on scooters to navigate throughout Tulum."
