"Smart Depas is a practical stay with a nice space (kitchen, fridge, microwave, living room, bathroom, and bedroom with balcony) for those who will not spend much time in. Mostly for showering and sleeping as it doesn’t provide many amenities such as basic stay needs like shampoo, soap, lotion, extra sheets, etc. Jacuzzis are clogged, and broken, so we weren’t able to use it which was a big disappointment. "Beautiful new development in the midst of Tulum jungle area. Just 5 minutes from the beach by car. Very relaxing, pool was beautiful (day & night). Area is still in development but the facility is great! My only thing would be to have coffee available for guests as there is no restaurant or coffee place available within the facility. Thanks!"
