"Everything was fresh and clean. The front desk staff was outstanding. Every question or issue we had was dealt with promptly. Price very good for London. Tea making supplies and biscuits supplied in the room. Fresh pastries in the lobby every day. Location was great. For travellers, the Lambeth North underground station is just 3 or 4 minutes away. We walked to the London Eye in about 20 minutes. The Imperial War Museum is maybe a 5 minute walk. We would definitely return to this hotel."
