The hotel staff was incredibly helpful. Whether it’s arranging an airport transfer or welcoming you to the hotel, they are more than happy to oblige. The restaurant and sky bar staff were equally attentive. The room was well appointed with a comfortable bed and lovely view of Hanoi from the Juliet balcony. It looked exactly as the pictures reflected. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends or stay here on my next journey to Hanoi."

Waited until my last day to inform me that they do not intend to refund me for double the charges. Whether this is property owner greed or poor management, this reflects very poorly on InterContinental. I intend to continue fighting the charges and I am outraged by the way I have been treated. "
