"Ho trascorso un soggiorno fantastico all'Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel! La posizione è assolutamente perfetta, proprio nel cuore del Quartiere Vecchio e tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. "Great location, many cafes, restaurants around the area. A cosy rooftop bar with great view. Friendly guest relationship officers. Downside is room is not soundproof. "

"The service and staff attentiveness is really amazing! We stayed here for a weekend and then went to Sapa and Ha Long. They booked us a taxi when checking out and when we wanted to keep our luggage for a few hours before our flight after we came back from Ha Long, they let us put our luggage even though we stayed with them the previous week. I have never seen this before. Highly recommended if you are staying in Hanoi"

"The hotel was perfectly suited for the Old Quarter and easy walking distance to key sights. Nice and clean. Excellent bathroom facilities. Staff were superb and always on hand to help. We were welcomed with a cold drink while check-in happened we were given a map and guidance on what was nearby. Thank you to Anna, Angela, Messi and others for all their help. Special mention also to Paul who worked in the breakfast. I can definitely recommend the hotel"
