"We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Soleil Boutique Hotel twice, from December 27–30 and again January 1–2, and both stays were truly exceptional. From the very beginning, the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel special. Since we were on our honeymoon, they beautifully decorated our room, which was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that we will never forget. The team was incredibly supportive throughout our entire stay, always ready to help with anything we needed. They were especially helpful in assisting us with hiring a tour outside the city, making the process easy, smooth, and stress-free. Even though the room was on the smaller side, it was perfectly designed, had everything we needed, and was extremely clean. Comfort and attention to detail were evident everywhere. The breakfast was amazing, delicious, varied, and a wonderful surprise each morning. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming, and we loved that the food included options from another country, adding a unique and memorable touch to the experience. And the reception team… OMG, AMAZING! Warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They truly made us feel at home and were a big reason why our stay was so special. We will definitely recommend Soleil Boutique Hotel to anyone planning to visit Vietnam. This hotel played a big role in making our honeymoon unforgettable, and we would happily stay here again."

"I stayed here on new year's eve. The room was large, clean and had everything i needed, even a washing machine, which was very useful. Great view o the lake from the balcony. Everyone at reception were super helpful, especially Alice, who was very attentive and she even gave me recommendations for my trip to Sapa."
