10/10 Excellent

"The best place to stay in Franklin!"

'Bearadise' Cabin w/ Hot Tub at Hidden Gem Falls!

10/10 Excellent

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Despite our rough start. When we arrived at the house there was no power. No fault to the owner. There was a massive power outage in the area we weren’t aware of due to the hurricane. The owner offered for us to stay the first night and cancel the next day with a 100% refund if the power issue wasn’t resolved. Thankfully we had power the next morning. The house had plenty of games to keep our 10 yr old entertained. The hot tub and fire pit by the waterfall is so relaxing. There is an adjacent home that shares access to the waterfall but it is still private. The beds and furniture in the home were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We also like they provide a huge kennel for dogs and bowls and such if needed. We brought our dog and he goes everywhere with us so we didn’t need it but it’s nice they provide amenities for the traveling fur babies. The home is centrally located in between downtown Franklin and Highlands. We enjoyed visiting the local towns and hiking. We plan on returning and staying here again."
