"We were in town for a music festival and the property was a perfect location from where it was being held. The kitchenette made it really easy to prepare meals instead of ordering delivery. There was also plenty of room to spread out. Genorice was very hospitable and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed."

The pool was huge but the jacuzzi was tiny. No bar open at the pool only bar is in the cafe and way overpriced. They charge $42 a day but do not have half the amenities they indicate you get! Would never book this hotel again

My husband and my flight arrived on a Weds ~9am. We headed to the hotel, & they held our luggage for us so we could go shopping. They also offered access to the pool while we waited. They have a restroom with showers & changing rooms. Even though check in wasn't until 4pm, they sent a text our room was ready at 130pm. We stayed in a poolside cabana room & were on the 3/4th floors. We were next to the elevator, & didn't hear it or any foot traffic. Housekeepers meticulously maintained our rooms...

Every time I visit The Standard Miami I am never disappointed. The setting is beautiful- staff friendly - Fernando on the front desk helped with my bags. The pool is fabulous I look forward to visiting again.

I usually don't stay at hostels anymore - i'm 33 and am starting to appreciate the comfort of having a private room. That said, I booked into Posh South Beach Hostel because it looked cool, and the reviews were good. Staff has always been friendly. courteous and helpful.
Facilities are very clean, it is an older building but has been well maintained.
On the weekends they have great cookouts onsite, but you there are lots of great restaurants within a short walking distance both on the beach and on a1a.

Not meant for the people expecting top notch first class service. This is a family owned and run business. Very hard working family that is more than happy to help with any issues you may have. They do have beach towels and several chairs to bring to beach. Coffee and microwave are located in the office for use. Very quiet place to stay
