"Amazing hotel! It’s in a great location near many shops and restaurants, plus there’s a subway station right under the hotel lobby which was super convenient! The room looks super luxurious and it was really spacious. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again!"

"Super close walk to Namba Train Station and also very close walk to the famous Dotonbori street in Osaka. They have coin laundry on site. Also several nice bars and restaurants nearby. Booked again for my next trip to Osaka. "

"Somehow this place managed to be large, yet very cozy! I can't say enough good things. Shoes locked up the duration of your time indoors. Everyone walking around in PJs provided by hotel. Free late night ramen (exactly when you need it!), free ice cream, coffee, tea and hot cocoa. Massage chairs! A nice onsen, although it was always crowded in the evenings and... this is my only complaint .... people were noisy in the onsen to include yelling kids. That's more of a guest problem than a hotel problem and people need to be mindful of onsen manners. The staff was AMAZING. Nothing but friendly and extremely responsive. They helped me with luggage forwarding and was very grateful for that. I will recommend this hotel to anybody. Thank you for being so welcoming."

"You can view laundromat status remotely through the TV in your room, which is pretty cool. Unfortunately, there are only 4 machines, one was out of order, and most loads take 90 minutes. Compound that with other guests and you’re going to have a tough time getting a slot. Other than that, the hotel is a very short walk from the subway, and is otherwise very nice! "

"Located close to train station. Metro and buses are across train station so one has to walk through thousands of people to reach exit (only inconvenience for two senior back packers with sore backs!). Hotel has great amenities and people are wonderful."
