"This was the perfect spot for accessibility to public transportation for traveling Kyoto, was relatively central to all the destinations in Kyoto we had in mind. Was near convenient stores and local restaurants that were the hidden gems on our trip. Room was enough space to stay comfortably for about a week and the spa/ bath house was a part we didnt expect to use but ended up loving and using every day. Most staff speaks great English and are very friendly and helpful with area recommendations. After needing to change hotels and book here last minute, this place made our visit to Kyoto much better then how it started. Would definitely book again"

"Beautiful service by exceptional staff and a lovely hotel. The breakfast is amazing and filling. Bear in mind though that the hotel doesn’t have onsite laundry facilities or a gym and the absence of a bar / area to hang out in is a bit of a missed opportunity but there are plenty of bars and independent gyms nearby "
