"You get what you pay. While certainly not the most expensive 5 star facility, it was still well appointed with a high level of service. The included private car transport from and to the airport was a nice touch."

"The staff was friendly and courteous. Checked in easily and they brought my luggage to the room. I walked down to the restaurant in front of the hotel for a drink and dinner. The hotel had a pool table and bar next to the pool. The room was clean and cool with a fan on and AC. I checked out early to get to the airport by 5am. They charged me $33 for the ride. Online it said there would be a surcharge for a 5 minute ride. Lots of stairs to climb- no elevator."

"Loved the location and the quiet and peace. Loved the convenience of small eating places around and the Jitney bus is a cheap and convenient option to go to grocery store and town esp during the day. We felt the rooms are pretty dated and the furniture could use an upgrade. A few more utensils would be nice too but these were minor inconveniences. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We would come back again."

"The highlight of my trip was the staff. From day 1 all of them were exceptional. They anticipated my needs and exceeded my expectations multiple times from the front desk staff interacting with my irritable daughter at check in, the multiple housekeepers that asked if I wanted service and asked if I needed anything for the room…to the pool bar hostess who made my dining experience phenomenal. Definitely an overall 10/10 for me and I will definitely book again!"

We had to ask 3 different days to have our room stocked with 4 towels not 2 since there was 4 of us. The first day they said they would go get towels and never returned. "Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me."
