Desde el check-in hasta el último día, el servicio fue de primera: atentos, amables y siempre con una sonrisa. Todo estaba impecable y muy bien cuidado. La habitación amplia, cómoda y con una vista al mar impresionante. La comida deliciosa en todos los restaurantes, con mucha variedad y calidad. La playa es preciosa, la piscina increíble y siempre había espacio y buen ambiente. También disfruté mucho de las actividades dentro del hotel. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería. "The property standards exceeded our expectations. We had a few maintenances issues but all were quickly resolved. The restaurants were superb and provided a huge variety to choose from. The rooms were clean and in immaculate condition. The staff were all outstanding and I would certainly give it top consideration for future trips to Cancun. Overall, it was an outstanding vacation."
