"Hotel is in a good location but the parking is expensive, rhe room had a good view of the pier and sea, which makes up for it, good breakfast and good food in general. Would stay again, but for the parking, a parking subsidy would be nice"

King size room very spacious/ clean Hallways clean, smells nice, quiet Overall, very quiet hotel. No disturbance whatsoever and I slept v well. Hotel bar staff also excellent/ friendly with good service, keeping an eye on customers needs. Food came within 20 mins. Only negative is the Wellness centre. One famiky changing room otherwise only X2 women's toilets. Also, you need to bring your own padlock for locker. Overall a fantastic stay"

"This is our second stay at The Grand. It is a beautiful hotel - a little shabby in places. Surprised to find that in a huge hotel like this that both lifts were out of order and only one small service lift for all huests plus service requirements. Breakfast is a fantastic offering although sorry to see that since our last visit you now need to use drink machines yourself. It is ok paying £20 for a fabulous buffet but it is nice to be served tea and coffee. Difficult to carry both breakfast and do drinks at the same time so involves an extra trip up to buffet. Will definitely be back."
