"Front desk and all the staff were amazing.My room was out of this world going back in time.I was in awe looking at my chandelier,fireplace along with the claw foot bathtub.I used the 7th floor pool which had amazing views of the city and wonderful bartender and drinks.Breakfast was great on the 2nd floor along with decorated room with a site to be hold! Felt like a king.."

"The building it self was older, and could use a little TLC. Our room was clean, the pool was OK, and the staff were great. The location is perfect in Zona Romantica. Close to the action but just far enough away from the nearest bars to get some sleep. Staying at the Los Arcos suites gives you beach access at their resort about 100meters away on the beach, and the adult pool across the street. They all have the same owners. In our package we had breakfast each day at the resort buffet. The food and staff there were good as well. I would stay there again. "
