"The building is well maintained. The view from the unit is spectacular! The unit is very clean but could use some freshening up and some new glasses and dishware. Maybe a useful memo about where to place trash, cans bottles, how to work air conditioners etc... Also, very glad it's 2 full baths, if you're tall, hard to shower in the primary bathroom. Over all, a comfortable, enjoyable place to stay. "

"Awesome space in a vibrant neighbourhood. We were concerned that it be quite far from the beach, but it's really only a 7 to 10 minute walk which is enjoyable because you see all the different shops and restaurants on the way which gives you ideas for dinner and shopping. The rooftop infinity pool is second to none, well appointed common area that is accented by a rather large cannabis plant, which adds to the vibe. The only drawbacks were that the building just finished construction so...

"My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week over in late March/early April for our spring break. The condo was perfect for what we needed - beautiful view of the ocean, sunset watching on the balcony every night, and a very quick walk to all of the bars and restaurants in the Romantic Zone as well as less than five minutes to the beach. The condo is simple - not a lot of extras - but clean and comfortable. We loved the balcony and the pool. We would definitely stay here again!"
