Find Hotel with a Concierge in San Francisco, CA

Their guest service is a 20/10. I called earlier in the week to ask about arriving early and parking. They were gracious and accommodating, saying we could check into our room if it was ready when we arrived. On arrival, the doorman (shamefully I didn’t get his name) was welcoming, friendly and efficient. I had injured my knee a couple of days earlier and was on crutches and he did everything he could to help me. At the front desk, Jared and Dominique were warm, welcoming, professional and...

Exceptional hotel. Primarily, the staff was professional and courteous with personality. Ricky was outstanding at check-in, Giselle was enjoyable at the wine bar, and Kevin was kind at check-out. The room was quiet and very well designed. Little details in the design were smart and made it super comfortable. Love the blackout shades and the shade in the “window” of the bathroom. Nice to have a foot bar in the shower. There were no plastic bags in the garbages. Loved the floor material. Super...

Beautiful boutique hotel. Very clean, great bed and house keeping service. Great location, close to bart, cable car and local transportation. We felt very safe!

A Sublime Experience at Hotel Nikko San Francisco Our stay at Hotel Nikko in San Francisco was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a sense of calm and luxury that made this trip unforgettable. Hotel Nikko seamlessly combines understated elegance with the vibrant energy of the city, making it the perfect choice for both relaxation and exploration. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. Every staff member we encountered—from the front desk to...

The emblem is a true gem. the staff from the moment we walked in until the moment we left were exceptional, friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable, and we loved all of the creative touches if you are looking for comfort, fun and inspiration stay here.

The Argonaut is in a great location to see many of San Francisco bay area attractions, all within walking distance. The hotel is clean, quiet and safe, with great hospitality service.

I came to SF for my 40th birthday for the first time and chose the Jay as it seemed stylish, well situated, and had amenities I was looking for. It didn’t disappoint. We found the bed very comfortable, they had daily housekeeping which is very rare these days, room service (also rare), a shower where there’s an actual door that closes, and a lovely hotel restaurant and lounge/cafe area which we used often to do some reading! Also, the hotel is near lots of public transportation which we used...

Super cute inn right in the heart of San Francisco. The staff was so kind and made our stay enjoyable. Wine and cheese from 5-7 was such a great bonus to the already awesome stay. I highly recommend booking here! I will be staying at the White Swann next time I visit the city❤️

Great stay!

Good

Every perfect, all that we need

Only parking was valet, reasonably priced if purchased at time of hotel stay

We stayed with our preteen and little guy and it was wonderful. Area felt pretty safe. We had a bay view room and got to watch the lighthouse at Alcatraz at night. Real close to dining, Ghirardelli Square, Fisherman's Wharf and just a couple blocks from the Big Bus station. Breakfasts were good and definitely saved money not paying for that every day! They are strict about the breakfast cutoff.

Stayed 2nights. clean and beautifully kept room and bathroom. clean sheets and towels. will definitely stay there again.

Amazing staff and clean environment. Would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived in the afternoon, we were told that the power was out and they had no time estimate for PG&E to repair the problem. It was specific to the hotel. They offered alternative accommodations at nearby affiliated hotels (Marquis & St Francis) at great prices, but we decided to stay at least until we had attended an event wiith friends. When we returned around 9pm, they told us that the power likely would not be back on all night. Backup generators powered the elevators and...
