"The hotel was not easy to navigate. They had no staff to help with luggage and the hotel lobby was not close to the drive through taxi/uber drop off area. This might be ok for American travellers who don’t have much luggage but for international travellers with 2 suitcases and carry on luggage made it really difficult. The staff I dealt with were incompetent. When I checked in I paid extra to upgrade my room, wouldn’t provide receipt or documentation. When I checked out they wouldn’t provide me with any documentation and said it would be emailed. Received no email and when I called them they said I hadn’t checked out and I was still a guess. I was back in my country at this time. Then they charged my card extra $$ after this phone call and I still don’t know why as no receipt provided. Been to Las Vegas several times and will never stay at Flamingo again. So many better options."

"Not necessarily smoke free. So if you looking for a place like that. Not the space. But did the trick Water pressure in the shower was lacking. We stayed in District 2, not sure if the others are maybe better. Beds were comfortable and room was clean."
