"Although it is a beautiful property, the furniture, walls, carpet, etc are worn, chipped, and seriously need an update. The decorator is average, we were there during its beautifully decorated woodsy/forest theme. Which was stunning and fantastic. But then they switched it to the hotel’s 10 year anniversary with cheesy paper fans, clouds and the pillows were cheap Chinese pillow covering that I didn’t even buy to decorate on my yacht because they looked cheap. "The food and staff is fantastic at their Three O Two Restaurant (both presentation and quality)…and the 8th floor bar and terrace is amazing, but unfortunately the hotel is down the street from an ambulance service, with sirens constantly 24/7. Overall it’s a great hotel, with noise issues. Earplugs or sound machines are imperative if you want a good nights sleep! "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Mercure London Bridge. The bed was so comfortable that it was sometimes challenging to get out and explore 😎. The room was a very good size, it was clean and nice amenities. It is within walking distance to the tube to easily get around the city. A special thanks to Marie for being a friendly, hospitable and gracious host helping to address any questions I had. Keep up the great work along with the rest of the reception team. "

"These apartments are in a great location. They were quiet, clean and the two bedroom was large and had plenty of room for our family of 5. Prices below what we expected to pay for London. Check in, check out was easy and quick."

Got to the hotel and the first thing the receptionist said to us was “Oh your reservation is cancelled due to renovations” but they couldnt bother to send a simple email letting us to prior to arriving. After a few hours on the phone Expedia luckily managed to book as at a different lovely property but it was a very unnecessary experience. "Fabulous location. Rooms are stunning, spacious and luxurious. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, great position with views of the river, plentiful options and delicious. We took public transport as it has great links . We got buses and used the included river ferry to cross to the underground and to the uber riverboats. My only flaw was the staff at check-in and lack of info such as no one told us the riverboat was included (and a few other glitches) and that...
