"This hotel was in a quieter area away from the hustle & bustle of the touristy areas, but still a very convenient location. We were greeted as soon as the Uber pulled up and helped inside with our luggage. The room was beautiful and clean. The shower in the bathroom was spacious with an amazing showerhead. I had a nice little card and cake waiting for me for my birthday. We had dinner on our last night at onsite restaurant The Distillery. The food and drinks were amazing and our server Sam was the best, we had nice chats with him and he made our final dinner very pleasant. This was my first time in London, and this will be our go-to hotel when we visit!"

"I enjoyed my stay at the Mercure London Bridge. The bed was so comfortable that it was sometimes challenging to get out and explore 😎. The room was a very good size, it was clean and nice amenities. It is within walking distance to the tube to easily get around the city. A special thanks to Marie for being a friendly, hospitable and gracious host helping to address any questions I had. "Stayed 1 night in May. Can’t fault anything really. The room with a double plus sofa bed met our needs (parents with 1 child). We were on 2nd floor at the front of the hotel on the road but it was quiet and didn’t hear any road noise (stayed Saturday night). We didn’t have breakfast as we needed to leave early so I can’t comment on food, but there are lots of places to eat with a 5 minute. Staff were very friendly and booked a taxi for us that turned up in under 2 minutes which was amazing. Used the pool which wasn’t huge but we had it all to ourselves for an hour. You need to book a time slot for pool and get a key card but that’s fine. Slight comedy moment as my wife couldn’t open the pool locker after a swim but maintenance came pretty quick and reset the lock. Lots of towels at the pool although changing rooms not huge. Overall all good and no complaints."
