"Staff had great communication. The location was great, very walkable to food, drink, and sites. Also a few blocks from the hop on, hop off bus, which is great. The downsides were that the room had 15+ hairs on the floor of the bathroom, which could only be seen if you close the door. Their turn down service is every 3 days, but you can request more often if you want. The staff on Mondays are not the regular staff and they can't provide you with towels, however they were able to provide...

"تجربة ممتازة فندق روعة وهادئ وإطلالة حلوه عالنهر ومساحة السويت كبيرة بصراحة فندق ولاغلطه العيب الوحيد بعيد شوي عن الاكسفورد ونايتسبرج "

"We had a wonderful experience at the Tower of London. It is such an iconic place, full of history, and absolutely worth visiting when in London. A special mention goes to Arcona, who made our visit even more memorable. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and took the time to make sure we had a great experience. Her warmth and professionalism really stood out. The Tower itself is fascinating, but it is people like Arcona who add that extra personal touch that makes a visit truly...

It's perfectly placed in central London (Zone 1) with easy access to several modes of transport closeby. The hotel is very is designed very nicely with a modern aesthetic that you'll find in many newly designed hotels that cater to the 20-40 year old crowd. Unfortunately, check-in was not smooth and I was denied early check-in after a transatlantic flight even though I emailed...

However, as other guests have mentioned, the walls seemed quite thin; I could hear noises from the rooms next door, below, and above so clearly that it felt like they were in the same room. I also occasionally heard noise from what sounded like construction work on the street outside. Since I was on a business trip from far away and a quiet night's rest was essential, I might have been a...
