"Front desk and bell-hop were very friendly and helpful. Room is as expected - not too big - but with beautiful view. Our room was located in the 12th flr which makes it convenient to visit 12 knot. We had our drinks in their rooftop overlooking the river thames. The hotel location is walking distance to many attractions. Overall, highly recommended."

The bed was extremely comfortable, AC was excellent and easy to use. Lights were electronic controls but easily learned. Shower water pressure was great. Felt very comfortable here."
