"Definitely NOT a hotel! More like a hostel. Staff terrible, don’t think they have ever been trained in hospitality and customer service. Food was diabolical , we had a top room. Off-colour sheets, no blanket, no coffee/tea facilities, no fridge, felt sorry for restaurant staff.
