"Hassle free check-in (earlier check in was available for us) by a very welcoming and attentive staff. The room was very nice, clean, bright and had comfortable beds and air conditioning. Breakfast was more than adequate. They also had parking on property, which was super convenient. Location is great: near eateries and grocery stores and yes...the hot springs. "Just returned from 3 nights. Hotel is in an excellent location, such a close to walk to centre and marina. Very clean !!! Aircon is really effective and pool area is a good extra especially in the centre. Would definitely stay again. "

"The girl that it was at the front desk was super nice, the cleaning ladies were the best, being Americans we like a lot of towels and they gave us all the towels that we needed. Very clean location, this is the town that I was born and as always people are very nice and will go out of their ways to make people welcome. "

No a/c, tiny ants in room, folks upstairs have heavy feet especially between 7AM-11:00AM, broken towel bar in bathroom, the shampoo/body wash seemed to be the same as the hand soap, and thw room was extremely musty smelling with a low floor fan that only circulated the lovely scent in a closed off room.
