"I liked the Hyatt. Everything was fine. Bedroom was comfortable and spacious, bathroom had bathttub and shower. Dinner was available late at night at the pub, as well as through room service. Breakfast was excellent, hosted by my friendly waiter Vinay."

"We have stayed in a few of the balcony rooms to date. They’re always lovely. However, this time the room was looking a little tired. The curtains were hanging off the rails in 2 places & we didn’t have any patio furniture which was a shame as the balcony was very large. Other balcony rooms we’ve stayed in before had patio furniture so we could make the most of being outside."

"Really lovely executive room. Extremely helpful receptionist on check in who explained what we could access with the executive lounge. Clean and comfortable, we had a fantastic night’s sleep. It was an extremely busy weekend at the hotel but we were treated really well. "
