"First night the A/C was broken. We notified front desk and they sent someone up who confirmed A/C was broken and that they would move us to another room. They never did this and after repeated calls to the front desk, they hung up on us. The second night they did move us. Hair dryer didn't work, the shower kept flooding onto the bathroom floor and the bar ran out completely of red wine. This place does not live up to the standards of a Hilton property!!!"

"Clean friendly and very good location."

"The spa was good and worth it for the price"

"Points positifs : chambre tres grande lit tres grand et confortable douche avec beaucoup de pression petit déjeuner bon et emplacement tres bien Points négatifs : des milliers de marches et d'escaliers pour arriver a l'hôtel non accessible aux pmr réservation obligatoire pour aller a la piscine interieure jauge de 8 personnes max et juste pour une heure"

"The front desk staff were amazing- helpful with restaurant suggestions and making reservations, luggage and car valet parking. The only suggestion is to extend the tranquility water space time from 30 minutes to 45 minutes. 30 minutes feels rushed and not enough time to enjoy the sauna, jacuzzi and actual relax. The hotel is in a convenient location away from the hustle and crowds. Rooftop bar offers amazing views!"

"Beautiful hotel!! Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants and sites. The gym and restaurant were excellent."

The location is nearly impossible to improve upon. Step...
