"I only stayed for one night but the room was spacious and clean, my room had a balcony with the street view which was a great view of the city. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient and a lot of attractions were walking distance."

"Great staff all around, very friendly and attentive. The receptionist promptly solved an issue with my room and offered me an upgrade. Special thank you to the food and beverage team, had a lovely time in the rooftop bar. And thank you Euclides and Ana, for your help at breakfast. Others might have mentioned, the pool is only 74cm deep, and much smaller than it looks."

"Yotel was a good hotel in a good location; located just above the Trindade Metro Station. This is a modern hotel with a cool design. Beds are very comfortable, room was big, staff were professional and helpful. Hotel was very clean and the room had good AC. The main con of this hotel was that I found you could hear things from the hallway and in between the rooms, so if you had noisy people next to you, you could hear them. One night there was loud music which I could hear clearly from the room next door; hotel staff dealt with the issue right away, but better sound proofing would be better."
