"Our room was on the 13th floor, so we didn't get a lot of the airport noise, even though we were next to a airstrip where planes were taking off and landing the whole time. The room was a little smaller than expected, and it was really expensive, but you can't beat the location if you have an early morning flight."

"We arrived quite late straight from Heathrow airport and we happy to be able to get help with our luggage and our rooms (2). The staff was very helpful and professional. One of One of our rooms was very smoky and we were able to get a new room immediately without any issues. Really appreciated how quickly that was resolved, over all a great experience. We wished we would’ve had at least a couple small bottles of water in our rooms since we arrived about 10:30 pm and were pretty tired from an all day trip. There was an electric kettle but no water available for it. Other than that we were very happy with the staff and rooms. Thanks again!"

"Kind staff, convenient location since it’s only 10 minutes from terminal 3 Heathrow Airport. However the room is small and I booked a 4 beds I ended up getting 1 queen and 1 twin size bed. "

"The hotel is convenient for overnight stay for a connecting flight the next day however for the price I paid expected the room to be amazing. I was also told that I was upgraded which didn't seem like it... Rooms could use some updating - the carpet was stained and in general if felt dirty. I would have been fine if I paid 1/2 the price of what I paid. For over $250 a night you would expect a nice hotel room"

"The stay was good but we had to wait nearly 50 minutes after the 3pm check in time. This was very disappointing as we nearly missed out Hyrox start time!"
