It'a a new property that for sure will bring quality and elegance to Queretaro's old quarters, so just a few extra details like having enough towels for a couple, or a couple of courtesy water bottles would go a long way. Staff was very friendly and courteous, I would highly recommend staying at Casa Postal Hotel if you plan visiting Queretaro."

"Beautiful bright and cheerful hotel in the old town. It's located on a quiet street, just 5 minute walk to most central locations. Lovely decorated room and pretty lobby. My room was on second floor with a balcony, sunny and with a lovely trees view of the inner courtyard. Bonus- Great Cuban restaurant 2 doors away, make sure to try it! The only thing I'd change is the hotel might need to increase the shower hot water temperature, especially going into winter. It was never warm enough, and the water pressure was low, but overall I recommend this place"
