Lovely hotel . Very helpful and friendly staff on reception, bar area and dining area. Breakfast was delicious lots of variety and all piping hot. Definitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Great property

Enjoyed our stay here. Room was a great size with comfortable beds. Location is excellent: 5 min walk to the castle, and around a variety of shops and restaurants and a very safe area. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only “con” is parking for the hotel, which is about a 15 min walk away, so can be challenging if driving.

We’ll maintained, the pool and saunas were fantastic! Highly recommend as it’s walkable and very convenient to all locations downtown. Tge bar was also excellent!!

This was my second stay at Voco Haymarket. I want to say how utterly marvelous the staff are. Super polite, helpful, capable, professional from front desk, house keeping to breakfast waitstaff. I think it is one of the best hotels I have stayed at because of the staff. It's also spotlessly clean, quiet with a wonderful breakfast buffet. Great restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the tram. It will always be my first pick when staying in Edinburgh.

When searching for a hotel to stay, what attracted me to the Bonham Hotel was the style and look presented in the overview. This did not disappoint and I absolutely loved the victorian feel and how this hotel was so wonderfully put together. This is a great hotel for location and comfort. I don't sleep well in hotels but these beds and pillows were fantastic! Multiple options to choose from. I slept great. Dozens of great eating options within 3 blocks of hotel. Needed a cab at 4:30 am for our getaway and they arranged it. Great breakfast every morning too!

Excellent trip from start to finish. We arrived early, but the rooms were already ready. And we got a fantastic upgrade! The concierge helped us plan out our sightseeing for the following day, as well as made a great dinner recommendation and reservation. Drinks and food at Peacock Alley and the Caley bar were excellent. The service was wonderful - I wish I could remember all the staffs’ name who assisted us. Thanks for an excellent stay!

Lovely room, nice staff

Close to the Edinburgh castle, and transportation to airport. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Elevator does not reach the 3rd floor, a wee annoying but not a problem for us.

Convenient location allowed us to walk to all the attractions, shops, and endless dining options. The staff was friendly, the bartender was a super hard worker and great at his job, and the rooms were clean. The hotel locks the gate at night so you have to use your key to get in, which is a nice feature for safety. If you are a light sleeper, it might be too noisy for you. Amazing overall. Bed could be a little more Cush but overall great facilities and the cafe at the bottom is wonderful.

great stay, a bit confusing with the lighting, but overall nice neighborhood.

Overall, and excellent hotel. Only thing we didn't like was the shower. It's some sort of modern design and you there's no sliding door, there's no shower curtain, so it's hard not to get water all over the floor.
