I would definitely visit here again!!!! The staff was friendly the free breakfast wasn't a continental breakfast they even had a section that made omelets to your specification. Clean comfortable property. Free shuttle van from airport to property. Decent breakfast and love those cinnamon rolls. If going to the cruise port, shuttle only $14/per person and was able to schedule shuttle from cruise port to airport, for after our cruise was completed. Again for just $14/per person. They make it very easy. Will definitely be back.

The check-in process was easy and the room was very nice. Giovanni was extremely helpful and gave us the name of a restaurant to try out. Casa Juan’s was very good and a close walk from the hotel.

The property is well maintained and the staff is personable and helpful. We only stayed one night had dinner in the restaurant, Riverside. Then ate there again for breakfast which was delicious. The staff at Riverside was great 👍 👌. The only issue that we had was the city view room was a bit noisy in the evening with the rooms being above a main road and drawbridge but the view was AMAZING. Excellent hotel

Newer hotel so doesn't have the usual "worn out" vibe of your usual airport hotel. This is my go to hotel for enroute travel to/from the Caribbean, I stay here an average of 2x a month because its consistent and reliable plus the front desk staff is very friendly and nice.

Stayed for one night before leaving for cruise. Convenient shuttle service from airport and to the cruise port. Clean, nice staff, mini market (seemed like it was stocked for cruisers 👍), comfortable bed, and decent free breakfast.

The hotel was phenomenal! We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to stay there again in the future!

Execellent place

I will stay here again. This was the best hotel experience i have had in a long time. They thought of many things to make the stay better. I was impressed that Abraham, the shuttle driver gave us a map of surrounding places to eat and shop near the hotel and also gave us menus for deluvery since we were hungry. They were very attentive during breakfast and kept the area very clean. The hotel was very clean and updated.

Special place, I will definitely come back here again, nice location, posh environment, service is great, a group of professionals who pride themselves in offering the best. Beds are super comfortable, lovely spacious rooms. Breakfast service is better than lots of restaurants. A really elegant hotel. Some other hotels in the area may do well to follow their example-just saying...also really accessible to many places, within walking distance. Top spot and a new favourite!!!

We really enjoyed our stay there. Its close to metro mover, which takes you to bayside market place. Its very convient and in a good location. We will stay there again for our next cruise.

We are a family traveling. I’d say we will not return with kids. It’s family friendly in the sense that there are other kids there but the resort overall is really not designed for families. My husband -who is athletic and 42 years of age - fell in the shallow end of the pool because the bottom of the pool was extremely slippery. He did get hurt.
