"We did have to wait about 40 minutes to check in at 4 pm. But besides that everything was great. The rooms and bathroom were clean. Amenities were nice too. Bed was very comfortable! I’d stay there again if I were n the area!"

"Booked a two-night stay several months in advance so we could catch a Jays game. The hotel wasn’t even open yet when I booked, which may explain the incredible rate I got (!) Pros: - Walkable to major sights (theatres, Rogers Centre, train station) and restaurants - Amazing breakfast buffet - Very comfy bed - Room was clean and AC worked great - Staff was friendly Cons I had some issues with the bathroom: - The sliding glass door showed opaque images of the person inside, which bugged me. It was also loud to open and close and let too much light into the room, which was annoying in the middle of the night. - It took a bit to figure out that the soap/shampoo/conditioner bottles mounted on the wall had to be squeezed to get the stuff out…not the most hygienic design My husband thought the room was too small, but it seemed fine to me. We didn’t use the gym, so can’t comment on that"

"Great for a solo traveler. Centered to a lot of things to do, some within walking, all within Uber range. Bathrooms and shower are dorm style and were clean and stocked. Check-in/out was easy. Though the room is a small dorm room style it was not cramped for me/solo. Facility was safe a secure. Temps were good (End of May/Early June) and bed was a double meant for solo travelers."

"Let me first start with how absolutely amazing and friendly the staff is at this hotel. Everyone we were in contact with was stellar; Henry and Jing were outstanding!! I cannot say enough good things about them both and would give them more than 5 stars if it was possible!! The hotel room had a few minor issues. Nothing major and nothing to deter me from staying here again. To share the AC unit wasn’t working properly. As soon as it was reported I was fixed rather immediately. It was a very loud unit even after fixed but maybe it’s just the type. Some of the little things also need some love but again nothing to deter me from saying. (like the crown molding was a bit in disarray and some earlier repairs to spots on the wall and ceiling were very apparent.) but other than that it was very clean and comfortable! I’d stay here again and again. I’d give the staff a raise, this location is 5+ stars because of them. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️"
