"This was our 3rd time at Iberostar Paraiso Beach and we had a wonderful time. THE STAFF IS AMAZING... always kind, smiling, helpful and professional. Special shout out to Cristian, Alfonso, Wilian, Francisco and many many others that make this resort so very special with their wonderful demeanor and hard work. The food is excellent. Many restaurants. Endless choices. The only down side to this resort is that it is a bit older. There are no elevators. There are "shuttles" like golf carts that can give rides to restaurants, beach or back to room. THANK YOU!!!"

"Los edificios no tienen elevador ! Algo A tener en cuenta para alguien q no pueda subir y bajar escaleras lo deje en notas para q su habitación sea un primer piso . Las camas son pequeñas ( matrimoniales ) y el aire acondicionado si no pides que lo bajen lo mantienen a una temperatura controlada no agradable para dormir . Se siente caliente la habitación ! Sin contar q tenía el ventilador de techo roto y la línea de teléfono rota para llamar y decirles, lo que tuve que ir hasta el front desk , aunq fue algo q en el mismo día me solucionaron , la verdad en poco tiempo hicieron lo posible porque nos sintiéramos cómodos ! Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas pero están aceptables y las mantienen limpias . La comida es buena . Buena animación en la piscina principal . Lo peor de todo la playa , en esa zona no tienen buenas playas. El bufet está muy variado . En general es un hotel aceptable !"

"The room was clean. It was definitely showing its age. The edges of the full length mirror were deteriorated from moisture. The cabinet for the kitchenette sink was broken. No microwave oven. Obviously removed. The sliding patio doors did not seal, creating wind noise that sounded like a hurricane outside."

"Had a fabulous trip to Edition Kanai with my husband, mom and brother to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. The service was excellent, so many places in Mexico say they are 5 star and are not. This one is. Edgardo (manager) was helpful with reservations and checked in on us frequently, Jassel (guest exp) arranged for decorations and an amazing cake in our room upon arrival, Ricardo at the bar was so sweet and made excellent cocktails, and Ramon at the pool made sure we were never without shade, food and drinks. The housekeeping, other bar/restaurant/pool/beach and room service staff were amazing too. The staff overall were so thoughtful and kind, which is what makes great stays unforgettable and unique. The property and rooms were beautiful and modern, with potted plants everywhere and everything was impeccably well-kept and clean. There was plenty of space at either pools and the beach and they had a service cleaning sargassum on the beach the entire time (which is a big issue at other properties in the area this time of year). The food was GREAT. You are invited to visit the neighboring St. Regis and Auberge restaurants as well, which is nice, but the food on property was especially well-thought of and prepared with fresh ingredients. Even room service food was outstanding, which is hit or miss even at the nicest hotels. My husband and I are already planning our next trip out, but will remember this one for a long time."
