"Food was amazing. Property was beautiful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Previ package was the way to go with beach cabanas reserved and restaurant reservations made in advance. Lobster included with every dinner meal. This is the only resort that we have stayed 4 times. That should tell how amazing it is. The price works too. Entertainment was also amazing every evening. Something to do all the time if you want. If you don’t want to plenty of space for relaxing. Lazy River area being on of them. Go and enjoy."

"My wife and I have not been able to do a getaway for some time. So, we decided to take a trip to Cancun to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. I spent some time researching destinations and finally settled on this resort. I was specifically looking for one with a nice beach, as this is a highlight for her. Having never been to this resort or even Mexico, we did not know what to expect. We were impressed with the facility and rooms. Every staff member that we encountered was so kind and extremely polite. They went out of their way to ask what we needed and help with anything at a moment's notice. The rooms were beautiful and well-maintained daily. This is an all-inclusive resort. We were especially impressed and thankful to our concierge, Dennis. At every turn, he was checking on us, asking what we needed. One example, my wife asked him where she could get some authentic Mexican tamales. They did not have these on the menu at the resort. The next day, he came to our room and brought us some homemade chicken tamales, custom-made at his request by a friend he said was excellent at it. They were fantastic. He brought us plates, forks, and habanero sauce as well. My wife was so happy and impressed. This was something he did not have to do. The food in the resort was good, and they offered a variety, including Mexican, Caribbean, Italian, Asian, and more. Multiple activities were happening around the facility for guests. We also went to the spa, it was awesome!"

"Amazing time at Ocean Maya Royale. The staff really make the experience at this resort better versus all the others. Special thank you to the most amazing entertainment team member at OMR, Viridiana, from the entertainment team is amazing! Also, bar tenders Yovanetti, Miguel, and Johny from the bar team are great too! I will be coming back."

"Overall great, at times food is not plentiful multiple restaurants are shut down for 1 hour and half intervals for conversions to next meal time, when on vacation waiting to be able to eat is a mood killer especially when your hungry."
