"Our family of five with two small children had a wonderful experience at Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel. The staff is amazingly helpful and accommodating. They helped us find car rides to our destinations and gave good recommendations for food and tours. They went out of their way to make us feel like family. When I asked about a dessert they ordered and had it delivered for me! And the included breakfast was delicious. We will come back to Hanoi just to stay at this hotel. Thank you to the staff!"
