I had an amazing experience at this resort! The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the transportation was super easy, making everything hassle-free. I loved that it was a little away from the nightlife—it gave the perfect balance of relaxation while still being just 10 minutes away from Coco Bongo. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, I had a great time, and the resort truly gives you the full Mexico experience. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at the Ambiance Suites for 3 days in April. We loved it. Ambiance Suites is centrally located in Cancun, near restaurants, banks, shopping and casinos. If you are looking for a resort, this is not the place. But if you are looking for a quiet place on the best beach, this is the spot. This is the only hotel on this beach, the rest are private homes (mansions). Service is great. We did the inclusive breakfast and it was just good (coffee was great) and choices did vary each day. The most beautiful property I've ever stayed at. Immaculate views and amazing staff who helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to helping us get bike rentals delivered to the hotel. Mike at the front desk made us feel like family. The sunsets and sunrises coming in from the floor to ceiling windows were the nicest I've ever seen. Couldn't recommend more.

The condos are right on Playa Norte, the best beach on the island. And just a stroll away from Hidalgo street, where all the restaurants are located. Very friendly and helpful staff. We rented a 2 bedroom condo and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would do it again!

This is a place that demonstrates the inadequacy of the “5-star” rating system. While this may not be an ultra-lux accommodation, what it lacked in pomp in circumstance was made up by character, location, value and charm. The property is on the quiet end of the island and on a quiet street. We were there in the off-season (Nov) when restaurants close early (6-7pm), so we had to eat early or keep some groceries in the refrigerator. The nearby sushi place, Samura, was open late and wonderful. The Kin Ha resort across the street was a great bonus. We spent almost three weeks in beautiful Puerto Morelos, and this was by far the cleanest place we stayed. It had a mini kitchen and a pool, which made our stay even better. You can walk barefoot to a snorkeling spot, and the area is full of great restaurants. Just a heads-up—it can get a bit noisy until early morning, so earplugs or headphones might come in handy!

The room was very clean and exactly what is advertised. If you're looking for a 5 star resort, you are in the wrong place. However, if you're looking for a room with beds, a bathroom w/shower, a kitchenette, and a rooftop oasis, centrally located downtown,all far a reasonable price, this one is great! It was in great location. It provides all I need for small kitchen / cooking. It was a little confusing for check in process first becaus there is no reception desk but staff was very helpful. My wife loved this place. View was gorgeous as well as nice pool in the property.
