"My only qualm about this property is that there was not enough communication as to when I would receive check-in instructions, and it took until late in the night of the day before we are arriving, after having to call VRBO, to hear back with the code and directions. It was just a little anxiety provoking. But the place itself is lovely and the property is nice as well."

"The location was adequate for travel and shopping for everyday things. The process of check-in and out was fine. It has the potential to be a great location however it’s lacking in cleanliness. Their cleaning service apparently only tidies things up and doesn’t do a “real” clean. That was what we most remember of the location. We never used the pool, instead we went to the beach. I would not stay at this apartment again. Cancun has so many options."
