"All of the staff, but Charlotte especially, were super friendly! We felt so welcomed - every time we arrived to a group of happy faces, a warm welcome and a chat about our day. It felt really special and I’ve never experienced this great service in any hotel before! Everything else was perfect from the room, cleanliness, food, laundry, housekeeping.
