Check in and check process stemless, breakfast was perfect!

It was stunning and pristine. Very well managed, maintained and extremely clean. Awesome amenities and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I loved it and we’re so glad we chose to stay here for our 25th anniversary.

Nice and clean hotel with good breakfast options and it’s closer to all Disney theme parks.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are cleans and new. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is a must, a lot of different choices. Pool is awesome. They do offer transportation to the park which you have to reserve.

Our stay was only one night as we were heading down for a week long cruise. We ended up not getting to the resort until 3:00 am as we sat on the interstate behind a bad wreck for hours! I was worried we would not even be able to check in. I was so wrong to worry! The girl at the front desk was so sweet and even offered us an extra hour so we could sleep a little longer. We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and it felt safe with 24/7 security patrolling the grounds. The air conditioning kept the room perfectly cool, and having a full kitchen was a huge plus. Highly recommend.

Although I picked the hotel for the convenient location, I will come back the next time I have the same need because of the kind and helpful staff and the nicely appointed room.

The room was very nice as was the decor of the hotel . Bed and pillows were quite comfortable. We had drinks at the bar/restaurant downstairs and enjoyed the view of the lake.

Room was super clean, staff was super friendly, free shuttle, lobby clean, quick flawless check in and out, option to stay late, we didn't, but there was an option, free breakfast, big room, comfy bed, close to park, beautiful room everything was updated, clean kuerig, loved this place, will stay again, great price, totally impressed.

This was my first experience and enjoy the location and all the near by restaurants and activitoes and theme parks

The space was perfect- a bedroom with a very comfortable king sized bed and another bedroom with two twin beds for my boys. The couch in the living room was also very comfortable. The space was very large and having a stacked laundry unit was such a plus.it was easy and convenient to the parks and there are tons of dining options close by as well as a grocery store to stock the full kitchen.
