"Excelente servicio!! Mi esposa y yo cuando vamos a México siempre llegamos a este hotel. El trato del personal del hotel es excelente. Son muy atentos y serviciales. Ojala supiera los nombres de todos los miembros del staff para mencionarlos. En el restaurante todos muy amables, Don Jorge, Don Julio, Eli, Don Adan, Don Carlitos y en general todos. En recepción la Señorita Karina, Don Victor, Señorita Magali, y todos. Tambien el Juan Pablo muy atento. La limpieza es muy buena, habitaciones...

"Llegue cansadisimo después de 4 horas de camino y una hora de no encontrar el lugar y cuando encontré eln”hotel” era un edifico de departamentos, había un policía Que no me dejo entrar y no sabía nada, sólo me dijo que no podía entrar, y que la habitación que yo traía de referencia estaba ocupada pero eso si me cobraron la habitación y el teléfono de contacto no existe UN ROBO"

Fantastic hotel in the middle of everything

"Awesome hotel in the center of everything! Almost all the meeting spots for the tours we took were within walking distance. The free 24-7 cafe is a life-saver and the included sitdown breakfast is super yummy. Water on every floor is a nice touch, and finally the rooms are super comfy, nicely soundproofed and have good airconditioning - really important since it was pretty hot during our visit. Overall, a perfect stay."
