"I spent four nights at the hotel with my wife and enjoy every second. The staff was wonderful and we also enjoyed the food that was provided at the restaurants. We have been there before and plan to return. "

"Liked - We have stayed at the property before and was aware of the surroundings. Didn't like - Would have liked to have known what VIP was? Noise - lots and lots of young kids being very loud with voices and music ZERO / No American music played in Disco Room refrigerator did not work. Reported it and still wasn't replaced or repaired. "

"The location and resort area was very nice. The food was average, even the specialty restaurants. The buffet was the same everyday. The restaurant staff was very nice, but when walking about the property the staff was not friendly or helpful. "

"We loved staying at this property for the food options, the beach was clean, and the drinks were flowing. Our only complaint was how loud our room was. We were located right next to the janitorial room/maintenance room and they were loud from 7am-5pm. This was a swim up jr suite. We got about 2 hours of quiet before the band started up and went from 8:00-11:00pm. On the plus side we never needed music while sitting at the pool because there was always some playing. "
