"You guys need to do better with the buffet menu during weekdays also the drinks, i didn’t enjoy not one."

"Resort is beautiful and clean. The only negative thing I have to say about the stay is the inconsistency in drink making. Same drink, different bar, different taste. Other then that I had a wonderful time there. Would recommend to everyone"

"The staff were my absolute favorite part of the trip. They were attentive and very personable."

"The air conditioning doesn’t work well, and the ceiling fan made a noise that kept me from sleeping. There isn’t much variety in the buffet food."

"The staff were very attentive and the property was very clean"

"We stayed here for 6 day in Oct 2027, 1day and 2nd day we had water issue 2nd day was the worst 11 hour without water and they refuse to change room. It take room service 2-3 hour to delivered just towel, staff are not train and it will take them 1 + year to be up to date. avoid until they are fully completed."

"Excelente. Todo muy bonito la atención de el personal excelente en especial a Sofía y Roberto en el bar del Lobby de abajo. Gracias"

"Falta más actividades en la playa y piscina"

"El servicio lo es todo aquí, personas como Carlos(mayordomo) Noli(Bartender) Lucila y Jennifer de restaurantes hacen que el huésped se sienta en casa."

"This resort has seen better days. I went here 10 years ago and had the best memories, but it’s not the same anymore. Definitely can tell it’s not as well taken care of anymore. Our first room had an ant infestation, luckily the front desk staff was kind enough to give us a new clean room when we went back down and asked. The shower head was broken in the new room but they replaced it when we called the front desk about it. The restaurants were good, decent food and multiple options. I will say...

"The staff is very helpful and very kind. Food was absolutely delicious. Pools were amazing too!"
