"It is not a 5 star hotel at all. It is OK. They have outsourced food and drinks, so one has to pay apart. The cafeteria where one eats stinks like sewage, particularly in one side. People are nice. It is clean. Showers work well. Food is good, nothing exceptional. I just believe it is overrated in Expedia"

"We had an amazing experience at Mia, the staff was super helpful and very friendly. The food and Spa were our favorite of many. Arturo was our lifeguard; he showed us a wonderful kayak route. Ana and Maria gave excellent service at the spa. It was a short stay and can't wait to come back."
