"The beach and the restaurant are great"

"The plumbing on the property was terrible. We were told not to put toliet tissue in toliet because it would get clogged. The mattress was soiled with some nasty unknown substance. The staff was nice and very helpful with information about activities to do in Cancun. No phones in the rooms for the guests to use. The bed didn't have fitted sheets put on the mattresses just regular sheets and no spreads to keep you warm. The breakfast wasn't real breakfast just cereal, milk and orange juice."

"Everything was great, except poor water pressure. Our Vrbo manager was quick to respond. We booked our golf cart and transportation thru him as well. He had the golf cart there waiting for us when we got there and took it back for us as well."

"Everybody was super nice. The beds are hard. But I didn’t go to sleep. The ad said there was one excursion included per day but that was not true. We did one of the two that were offered that was $100 per person that was great. There was a sheet that had multiple excursions but I was told they weren’t available. That they only had two. They are doing lots of work on the place. The food was great. The snorkeling outside of El Cozumeleno was amazing. The drinks weren’t fancy but they were tasty....

"Awesome location, within walking distance to ferry and restaurants. Great staff with excellent customer service. The only issue is that there is no hot water sometimes, maybe due to the water heater not being on or not big enough to warm the water for all guests. "
