I wish you had a way to prevent guests from reserving all pool chairs with towels first thing in the morning even if they are not planning on using them until the afternoon or evening. It leaves few or no seating options for other guests.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are cleans and new. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is a must, a lot of different choices. Pool is awesome. They do offer transportation to the park which you have to reserve.

This is a very nice resort! Everyone is friendly and professional. The restaurant serves some of the best food and cocktails that I’ve ever had. I was impressed by the size of the room, it has a walk in closet, washing machine, living room and a kitchen. This made our trip to Disney a very relaxing experience. Keep up the great work!

Great stay!

The property was amazing it is 10 mins away from Disney parks and 5 mins away from the Disney entrance gates. There is a target, 5-below, lime fresh Mexican grill, and a Starbucks at walking distance. The pool is very large and amazing for kids. The hotel rooms are very large with pull couches, comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen perfect cooking. The hotel staff is on another level they offer top-tier service at all hours. Great stay! Comfortable, clean rooms, breakfast was good and friendly staff. . We were able to take the shuttle to Magic Kingdom which was a real plus! I would recommend this hotel!!

While this resort is beautiful and clean we had a few issues. First, it would have been wonderful to know that they will rent out many of the common areas (pool), restaurants and bars for private events. There was an event just about every night we during our 7 day stay. Some nights we were not able to use the bridge to cross to our villa so we (3 adults, 3 small children) had to walk around extra 4 buildings, other nights we were not able to use the main pool, sports bar or pool side bar. The cleanliness of the property, the rooms are cleaned daily. Whet I didn’t like was an extra charge of $175 after I have paid for my 7days stay and upon checking in I was told a service fee of $175 for the 7days I’m staying which I wasn’t informed about when I booked my stay.

It was stunning and pristine. Very well managed, maintained and extremely clean. Awesome amenities and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I loved it and we’re so glad we chose to stay here for our 25th anniversary.

The beginning of a great stay started with Carmen at the front desk. We felt welcomed, informed and appreciated.
