"The downstairs queen bed was nice and soft just the way I like it. Overall the house was clean and good for our use. They do need some newer carpet throughout downstairs and the staircase itself as it is worn and has stains in spots. The downstairs bathroom by garage has a flooring I. Front of the sink that is rubbing off the paint on the bottom of the door. Bottom of garage door is also pulling and splitting and did not lock but did have a metal bar to deter thieves. First house in a long time...
