"There are a lot of budget not nice hotels in Kissimmee. I stayed at this hotel I was very impressed. The room was very nice very comfortable. I definitely would highly recommended this hotel if you are a tourist and you are guaranteed a nice room everything worked great tv air conditioning hot water no issues at this hotel. I met the staff all of them extremely friendly that is a plus. There is a pool I did not go in the pool there were people in there trying to cool down the temperature that day was in the low 90s. I would highly recommend this hotel as I mentioned there are low budget hotels in the area and most of them are not nice. I am looking forward to coming back and stayed here again sometime soon. "I feel like the property is a hidden gem. My family enjoyed it. A bar on site would be nice for the adults. Everything was very clean. Only gripe was I called the front desk about 3 times for housekeeping items and they never got delivered. Communication aspect needs improvement but overall I was happy with my stay."

"Hotel was old and a bit rundown check-in process went smooth with front desk. Breakfast buffet was only average. It did have waffles but one of the waffle machine wasn’t working so it cost a great big back up with the breakfast crowd. There wasn’t much other breakfast food available to have coffee things like that so it was not a very good breakfast buffet maybe a five out of 10 room was OK hotel property outside was a little dilapidated. It did have a nice pool area with an outdoor hot tub unfortunately it was very cold so we didn’t have a chance to use that."
