"Staff was exceptional. Family member had medical emergency, and security came with medical team to check and assist immediately. We were celebrating birthday and I was pampered with care gifts. The only downside was the guests. There were 3 weddings and company events happening at the same time during our stay. It was very chaotic with people who lacked etiquette. I’ll definitely come back during low season again. "

The staff were courteous and friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was simple but filling enough to start the day. Now, for the price, don’t expect the Ritz-Carlton, and that’s not a criticism. The property is a bit dated, but the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was perfect for our trip: about 5 minutes from Animal Kingdom and roughly 10 minutes from Magic Kingdom. We stayed for three nights with two toddlers, and it met exactly what we needed, a clean, affordable place to sleep, free breakfast, and no extra charges like parking fees. It checked all the boxes for a budget-friendly Disney trip, and I’ll definitely keep this hotel in mind for future visits."
