This hotel was a fantastic blend of modern features and old-school touches. It was very easy to walk to tourist sites and the train station. All employees were friendly and I felt very safe there as a solo female traveler.

From the moment I arrived until the morning I left, the service was A+. The rooms were great, and having a restaurant right on the property was a wonderful convenience. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kraków!

The place was beautifully decorated and located in the center of old town. A little difficult to find at first because there were no clear signage. The staff at the hotel were incredibly nice and helpful. We plan to come back again and stay in the same place.
The restaurant in the hotel had really good food. Get the mixed dumplings but warning it is a lot can share between 2-3 people.

Excellent location for me - near office and town square. Lovely resorted hotel in historic building. Rooms are very modern and they offer a transportable cell phone to use while in the city - very helpful and handy. Two minor recommendations - update the bath towels; they’re old, scratchy and have some pretty thin spots. Second, back off on the room/linen scented freshener. Too overpowering for me. Otherwise was a lovely hotel and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

Great new hotel a stones throw from the main square and the main railway station. Nice sized rooms and comfortable beds. There’s a little bar in the lobby and decent breakfast. For a 3.5 star hotel it definitely punches above its weight.

The WENTZL almost has it all - great location, comfortable rooms with all the amenities, and the friendliest and most helpful staff I've encountered in a long time. My friends and I celebrated the New Year in Krakow and the WENTZL was a big part of what turned out to be a very special holiday.
The only thing missing from this near perfect hotel is a proper lounge/bar. We were a group of 5 with two friends staying at another hotel. With no lounge, meeting up before setting out meant...
