"Stay was convenient. Although i did try to contact staff by email and phone i had no luck. But i also didnt book directly with the hostel so its not their fault either. Luckily there was somoene willing to help get in contact with staff. Bedding was comfortable enough, room was provided with air conditioning. But all in all its totally fine for a short stay. Right next to family mart and easy self check in ~ bonus!! "

"Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. "The big downside was we had a room with a bad view. They have rooms that face the lake which would have been much better. So if you go here, ask for the lake view. They have wonderful spas and the food and customer service is very good. Wonderful traditional Japanese food. Nice downtown area though it closes by 5 pm. Very near the train station and they have a shuttle to pick you up. The spas were very nice including a stone tub with hot water."
